Powder coating for you
Applied as a free-flowing, dry powder, powder coating does not require a solvent, as it adheres to the surface and is drawn deep into it, melting while it is in the oven. This leads to a surface that is both incredibly flexible, and notably tough.

Start off with shot blasting
Many companies prefer to use grease and polluting chemicals to clean off the surface - we, however, find that this leads to a less desirable finish all in all.
